This policy describes the refund procedure for the "Plus" subscription in the Kakadu AI application and is an integral part of the Subscription Terms (https://kakadu-app.com/en/legal/terms).

Kakadu AI Plus subscriptions are purchased and paid for through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds for such purchases are issued exclusively by Apple or Google, in accordance with their own policies. The Company has no technical ability to issue such a refund directly.

2. How We Can Help
